Difficulty Low – Ready in 60 min.
Serves 4
450 g of sea bream fillets | 2 large potatoes | 2 medium roasted and sliced peppers | 150 g cherry tomatoes | 50 g of grated pecorino cheese | A sprig of parsley | Garlic powder | Extra virgin olive oil | salt
1. We chop the parsley with a pinch of garlic powder and the pecorino cheese.
2. We slice the potatoes about 5 mm thick.
3. Grease a baking sheet (about 20×30 cm) with a little oil and arrange the ingredients in layers, putting a pinch of salt between them. Let’s start with the slightly overlapping potato slices, then half of the mince prepared in step 1, continue with the fish fillets, cover with the peppers and the chopped cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with the remaining mince. We season with a generous round of oil and bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Let it cool down and serve.
