How to prepare the bechamel

Difficulty: Low Preparation: 05 min – Cooking: 15 min
For 600 gr
500 g of whole milk | 50 g of butter | 50 g of flour | Nutmeg to taste | Salt to taste.

1. In a saucepan, heat the milk, with a pinch of salt and one sprinkled with nutmeg. In a another saucepan, melt the butter. We add the flour turning quickly with a kitchen whisk to prevent lumps from forming.

2. Add the hot milk and we cook for another 10 minutes, continuing to turn to avoid the form lumps, until the sauce will not take its typical flavor. Let it thicken and then cool down.
