Medium difficulty – Preparation 15 minutes – Cooking 22 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people
600 g sliced turkey breast | Thyme to taste | Parsley to taste | 3 blonde oranges | Extra virgin olive oil to taste | Salt to taste
What we need: non-stick pan, kitchen brush
1. Clean the parsley and thyme, wash them, dry them and mince them together, finely. We press the mince on the slices of turkey, so that it adheres evenly. We go up slightly.
2. Brush with oil a large non-stick pan, arrange the slices of turkey in the pan and let them brown on both sides. Sprinkle them with the filtered orange juice, lower the heat and cook for about 15 minutes.
3. Drain the meat from the cooking surface and keep it warm. We raise the heat and let the cooking base shrink, adding a spoonful of cold water, in which we have diluted a little flour: it serves to make the sauce more creamy.
4. Serve the slices on a serving dish, drizzling with the cooking juices. We sprinkle the dish with fresh parsley.
