A leg of turkey from 300 g | 100 g of cheese pecorino | 20 g of amaretti | 200 g of chard | A clove of garlic | Wine vinegar white to taste | Extra virgin olive oil olive oil to taste
1. Cut the turkey leg and open it to book. We grate the pecorino cheese add the amaretti, crumbled coarsely. Close the meat and tie it with twine.
2. We quickly dissolve in pan the turkey leg, with a turn of oil. Let’s transfer it below in a lined pan
with parchment paper and let’s finish cooking for a few minutes in oven preheated to 200 degrees.
3. In a pan greased with a drizzle of oil, let’s skip the chard with garlic and let’s blend them with vinegar. Let’s fix them like base in the serving dish and let’s recline above the turkey leg sliced.
