8 slices of Tuscan bread | 100 g of grilled peppers in oil | 2 fresh goats | Pepper
1. Toast the slices of bread under the oven grill for about 10 minutes.
2. Reduce the peppers into thin strips, after draining them from the preservation oil.
3. Spread the goat cheese on the bread, season with a little pepper and complete the croutons with peppers. Serve them immediately.
