A complete and tasty first course with spring flavors. It is prepared with some seasonal vegetables: artichokes, peas and asparagus

4 artichokes | 200 gr of fresh peas | 100 gr of asparagus | A clove of garlic | 1/2 glass of water | 500 ml of bechamel | 250 gr of pasta sheet ready for lasagna | 200 gr of mozzarella | 100 gr of smoked provola | 100 g of sliced cooked ham | 30 g of parmesan | Salt and pepper to taste
